Warranty of Goods/Services


1. All our goods/services will serve their intended functions. All goods will be 80 -100% similar to the pictures.


Prices

2. Prices and quantity of Wholesale and Retail are clearly indicated on our collections.

3. All our prices are nett. Delivery charges are excluded.


Delivery services

4. Delivery can be done by normal mailing, registered mailing or local courier service. Deliveries outside of Singapore will be charged according to the prevailing shipment rates.

5. Delivery by Normal postage may be susceptible to loss or damage. My Fr33Style
will not be liable for any loss or damage to goods delivered via Normal postage.


Payment Processing

4. We accept Bank Fund Transfer and Paypal(currently not available).

5. We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions.


Cancellation of Orders

6. We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods.

7. We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.


Confirmation of Orders

8. We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 48 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.

10. Payment would have to be made within 24 hours upon receiving our confirmation or orders would be deem as void.


Return policy


9. Goods and products may be returned to us should the buyer is not satisfied with the quality of the goods they have received. It should be done within 3 days with the original packaging and/or tag intact.

10. Buyers who opt to do return the goods should contact us at our Contact Us Form for further details.

11. Goods sold are not refundable but a selection of another product at the same price may be adopted. Alternatively, the buyer may opt to top up the difference for a higher value product.

12. Any returns made after the indicated period will not be entertained. Postage to return and re-ship the goods will be borne by the buyer.
